Returns Policy
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or send out the exchanged product which depends on our below mentioned policy and terms.

Note:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged and Missing Items Policy
- Damaged Case:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
- Our team will review your claim and respond. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Missing Case:
- If any items are missing from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the missing item(s).
- We will investigate the issue promptly and update you within 1-2 business days.
- If we confirm that an item is missing, we will either send the missing item or provide a refund for it.
Note: Do not accept the parcel from the rider if the seal is broken or if the parcel appears damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately to report the issue. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
Exchange Policy for Customer-Initiated Requests
- Initiation of Exchange:
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, along with your preferred alternative.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for returning the item to our specified address at their own cost.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Item Condition Requirements:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Review Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it.
- If the item is confirmed to be unused and in its original condition, we will approve the exchange.
- If the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, the exchange request will not be approved.
- Exchange Approval:
- If approved, we will process the exchange and send out the new item as per your request.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Non-Approval Cases:
- If the exchange is not approved due to the item's condition, we will return the same item back to you.
- Availability:
